A committed row is a closing the plan dated (a monthly transaction report, a new-investments table); a disclosed holding is a line of a performance or holdings report as of that report’s date, with the plan’s own cash flows, IRR and multiple where printed.Re-up and new-manager flags are the plan’s own words. Amounts are the plan’s commitment, never a fund size.
