LUX Infusion adds Be Well's two Nebraska infusion centers to a run of add-ons
The Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company bought the specialty infusion business of Be Well Memory and Infusion, with centers in Lincoln and Omaha. DFX's records hold three earlier LUX Infusion add-ons since May.
LUX Infusion has bought the specialty infusion business arm of Be Well Memory and Infusion, taking over two ambulatory infusion centers in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. The release, dated November 3, 2026, gives no price.
The buyer calls itself a "U.S.-based, clinician-led infusion services company" and is a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners. The release says home infusion is now available for appropriate patients alongside care delivered at the established centers. Ted Kramm, Chief Executive Officer of LUX Infusion, said: "Bringing LUX Infusion's model to Lincoln and Omaha is all about making high-quality, compassionate infusion care far more accessible."
The release names Frazier Healthcare Partners as the owner of LUX Infusion but does not say how the purchase was financed, or what Be Well Memory and Infusion was paid for the business.
