Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules of conduct for participation in the DFX Intelligence General Partner Program. It forms part of the General Partner Agreement and applies alongside the Program Terms, Marketing Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, and Disclosure Requirements.
The Program depends on the integrity of its General Partners. These rules protect the businesses you introduce, DFX's reputation, and the value of the Program for every honest participant.
1. Act lawfully and honestly
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and act honestly and in good faith in all Program activity. You must not use the Program to violate any law or third-party right, or to facilitate anyone else doing so.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- +Self-referrals, including referring yourself, businesses you own or control, or arrangements designed to earn a commission on your own purchase.
- +Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging across any channel, and contacting anyone on a suppression or do-not-contact list.
- +Fraud of any kind, including fake or synthetic leads, incentivized or coerced sign-ups, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, and manipulation of tracking or attribution.
- +Duplicate or low-quality submissions, including submitting existing customers, active DFX opportunities, or businesses already credited to another General Partner.
- +Misrepresenting DFX, its products, pricing, capabilities, or your relationship with DFX, and making guarantees or commitments on DFX's behalf.
- +Buying paid advertising on DFX trademarks or brand terms, or bidding on DFX-branded keywords.
- +Impersonating DFX or creating properties designed to look official.
3. Honest introductions only
Every introduction must be a genuine, good-faith referral of a real business you reasonably believe is a good fit. Do not submit fabricated, purchased, harvested, or low-intent contacts, and do not pressure, deceive, or incentivize anyone into a sign-up. Quality and authenticity are conditions of the Program.
4. Communications compliance
If you contact anyone to promote DFX, you are the sender and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable communications, anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the TCPA, and GDPR/ePrivacy). This includes having a lawful basis or consent, identifying yourself accurately, and providing and honoring opt-outs and do-not-contact requests.
5. Data and privacy
You must have a lawful basis to collect and share any contact information you provide in an introduction, and you must handle personal information responsibly and in line with our Privacy Policy at /privacy and applicable data-protection law. Do not share personal information you are not permitted to share, and do not provide sensitive personal information through the Program.
6. System integrity
You must not probe, scan, or test the security of DFX systems or the referral mechanism, circumvent or manipulate tracking, rate limits, or attribution, or interfere with the normal operation of the Program. You must not use bots, scripts, or automation to generate clicks, referrals, or sign-ups.
7. Consequences of violation
We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion, withhold or reverse commissions, suspend or terminate your participation, and pursue any other remedy available at law. Serious or repeated violations, and any fraud, will result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with the violation.
8. Reporting
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, misuse of the DFX brand, or fraudulent activity in the Program, report it to hello@dfxintel.com. We may update this Policy from time to time, and your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
