Brand Guidelines
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These Brand Guidelines explain how General Partners may use the DFX Intelligence name, logo, and marks when promoting the Services under the Program. They form part of the General Partner Agreement and apply together with the Marketing Guidelines.
The DFX Intelligence brand is a valuable asset built on trust. Using it correctly protects that trust and reflects well on you as a General Partner. The license granted here is limited and revocable, and it exists only to support honest promotion under the Program.
1. Scope of the license
Subject to your compliance with the General Partner Agreement and these guidelines, DFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the DFX Intelligence name, logo, and approved marketing assets solely to promote the Services and make introductions under the Program, and only as these guidelines permit. All goodwill from your use inures to DFX, and you acquire no ownership rights in our brand.
2. Correct use of the name
Refer to the company and product as "DFX Intelligence" and to the autonomous operator as "The General" or "Sales General", consistent with our public materials. Do not abbreviate, translate, misspell, or combine the name with your own brand in a way that suggests a single joint entity.
3. Using the logo
Use only current, approved versions of the DFX logo, provided by us and used without modification.
- +Do not alter the logo's colors, proportions, orientation, or typography, or add effects.
- +Maintain clear space around the logo of at least half the logo's height on all sides.
- +Do not place the logo on backgrounds that reduce legibility; use the light or dark version appropriate to the background.
- +Do not make the DFX logo the most prominent element of your own materials or use it as your own logo, icon, avatar, or favicon.
4. Brand colors and typography
Where you reference DFX visual elements, keep them consistent with DFX's established look, which uses a restrained, professional palette anchored by deep ink tones with a gold accent, and the Inter typeface family. Do not recolor DFX marks or present DFX materials in a style that conflicts with this identity.
5. What is not allowed
The following uses of the DFX brand are prohibited:
- +Registering or attempting to register any DFX name, mark, logo, domain, social handle, or app name, or anything confusingly similar.
- +Using DFX marks in a way that implies you are DFX, are employed by DFX, speak for DFX, or that your business is an official DFX property.
- +Buying paid advertising on, or bidding on, DFX trademarks or brand terms, or using them in ad copy, keywords, or display URLs.
- +Incorporating DFX marks into your own product, company name, logo, or merchandise.
- +Modifying, distorting, or animating the marks, or pairing them with content that is offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the brand.
6. Naming your relationship
You may describe yourself accurately as a "DFX Intelligence General Partner" to identify your role in the Program. Do not describe yourself as a "partner" in the legal sense, an employee, an agent, a reseller, or an official representative of DFX, and do not use titles that imply authority to act on DFX's behalf.
7. Changes and revocation
We may update these Brand Guidelines and our approved assets at any time, and we may require you to change or stop any use of our brand, or revoke the license entirely, at our discretion. On termination of your participation, you must stop all use of the DFX name, logo, and marks. For current assets or approval of a specific use, contact hello@dfxintel.com.
