Open a deal for the team itself, with the counsel, accountants, bankers and advisors, the professionals named and the source for each.A firm is on a deal team when an announcement, a filing or the firm's own deal page names it in the role, at high or medium confidence. Most announcements name no advisor, so a deal with no team on record is not a deal without one.
Filter by sector, state, date or the roles on the deal team, for example the deals with a quality of earnings firm named. The service provider directory ranks the firms themselves.
