Real Estate Fund Intelligence
Real estate fund managers from Form ADV, their vehicles, the properties they hold, what they buy, sell and finance, their lenders and who backs them.
Desk $199 a month, Pro $499 a month. The bar: Overview, Managers, Vehicles, Holdings, Acquisitions and sales, Lenders, Who backs whom, Methodology, Sources.
- Managers: Real estate GAV, HQ state, Strategy, Operator model, Property type, Regulatory AUM, Latest vintage, Acquisitions in 12 months, Next loan maturity.
- A manager record answers: What capital do they manage? What do they say they do? What do they actually own? What are they buying, selling and financing? Who finances them? Who backs them?
Worth knowing
- GAV is gross asset value, including leverage. It is not fund size.
- A reading flagged as quarantined is shown but left out of every total.
- A holding matched to a manager on a name alone is never published. Property coverage is strongest in Massachusetts, New York City and Florida.
- A vehicle's first report on Form ADV is not a fund close.
