What counts as overlapA shared company is one both firms are named on: a round, a Form D board seat, or their own portfolio pages. Stage, state and sector rows compare the two profiles; a sector both invest in is not a company both hold, and is never counted as one.Ldvp has 2 portfolio companies on record; an overlap needs at least 5 on each side.
