It all started in 1969 when founder Lin Jones and his wife Janice opened a small welding and Metal Fabrication shop in Mountain Grove, Missouri. Lin’s honest hard work earned him a reputation for coming through when people needed him. His performance was his signature. [27] And so, as the company grew, Lin and Janice expected every member of the team to do what it takes to do a great job for customers.
