An event is a dated change (a filing, a round, a sale, a move) or a scheduled date (a maturity, an expiry). Every row says how its date is known: Occurred is the date the filing, release or public record states; Scheduled is a contractual date; First seen by DFX marks an item whose source states no date, and it is never shown as if it happened that day. Reloads, file names and future-dated rows are withheld. The feed carries the last 180 days; the real estate view also looks 90 days ahead.
