The funds still writing cheques at your stage, with the evidence for eachHow funds are matchedOne fund per manager: the vehicle that is still investing (fundraising, early or active deployment, or newly closed, with a vintage in the last four years), never an SPV, feeder or continuation vehicle.Ranked on the manager’s observed industries (from the Form D of companies it is named on), the stages of its dated rounds, its recent investments, the fund’s size against your round, the round sizes it has joined, and whether it leads. Place is a hard constraint: funds based in your state or with three or more companies there come first, and neighbouring states are listed apart.A fund size is the gross assets its adviser reported on Form ADV, or else the Form D offering amount, which is a target and not a close.
Pick at least an industry, a stage, an amount or a state. The answer ranks funds, not firms, because a firm with a fund in harvest is not writing the first cheque in your round.
