Privacy and correction requests
For anyone whose information appears on DFX, and for our customers. Corrections make the record better for everyone, so we welcome them. Opt-outs and removals are honored whatever state or country you live in.
Correcting your own profile
Editing a profile yourself is not open to every account yet, so your correction goes to a person at DFX instead of changing the page directly.
A person reviews it against the sources and any evidence you include, and replies to the email you give here within 45 days, usually much sooner. Nothing on the profile changes until they have. You do not need a claim or a particular plan to send one.
