Who markets private equity funds

An agent appears here when a fund's adviser names it as a marketer on Form ADV (Schedule D, 7.B.(1), question 28) or when the fund's Form D names it as a sales compensation recipient. Fund vehicles are counted as filed, so a main fund, its parallel funds and its feeders count separately. “Latest generation” means the agent is named on a vehicle of the sponsor's most recent vintage or the one before it.
