DFX General: SMS Messaging Consent

What this program is

The DFX General is an AI business assistant operated by Deal Flow Xchange Inc. Our team members and explicitly-invited business contacts use it to get work done. When you give us your mobile number and start a conversation with the General by call or text, you may receive text replies from us.

How you opt in

Opt-in is verbal and self-initiated. You provide your own mobile number directly to a member of our team, or you begin a conversation by texting or calling the DFX General first. We do not text people who have not given us their number and started a conversation, and we never use purchased or third-party lists.

What we send

Messages are account notifications and customer-care replies you asked for: results of tasks you requested, confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups. This is not a marketing program. Message frequency varies based on your own requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email jesse@uemembers.com.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Your number is used only to communicate with you about what you requested.
