Infrastructure Watch
Public infrastructure around the organizations DFX tracks financially: their DNS, their official status pages and their certificates, read every 15 minutes and judged against each organization's own history. A change is a change. It becomes an incident only when the evidence register verifies one.

A domain is watched as an organization's only when its ownership is established: verified in DFX identity records or, as a stopgap until DFX verifies it, taken from the organization's own disclosure, and labelled that way. Private companies are watched passively: public DNS, official status and certificate logs, never their websites.
Not yet watched, and why
- Marathon Health, Del Monte Foods Corp II, Finzly
DFX holds no verified domain yet. G-NEW-8's P11 (Autonomy #2013, awaiting Jesse) would write marathon.health verified; finzly.com stays a candidate (its title does not name it); delmonte.com refuses the verifier (403). Not monitored until verified.
