Do not sell my licence record
DFX Intelligence reads public real estate licensing registers and, for a fee, tells a brokerage that a licensee may be worth a recruiting conversation, who they are, and how to reach them at their brokerage. If you are a licensed professional and you do not want your record included, tell us here. It takes effect immediately.
What we hold about you. What your state publishes on its public licence register (name, licence number and status, dates, brokerage of record, business city), and a business contact route where your brokerage or brand publishes one. We hold no production, no transaction history, and nothing about your intentions.
What this does. Your record is removed from everything we offer for sale, now and on every future rebuild, and any buyer request for it is refused. It does not change the public register, which your state maintains.
No identity check. We ask for your licence number because it is the one identifier that cannot remove somebody else's record. We do not ask you to prove who you are; the worst outcome of a mistaken request is that one public record is not sold.
Other ways to ask. Email hello@dfxintel.com with your state and licence number. California residents may also use the state's Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform; requests received through it are honoured the same way. See our privacy policy.
