Facts, inferences and estimates are labelled as such. A fund target is never a close, GAV is never dry powder, and a round size is never an investor’s check.

What changed, in the order we noticed it
Every row is a dated event with a source. Occurred is when it happened; observed is when the graph saw it. Inferences (a person absent from a filing they were on before) are labelled as inferences.
