Firms, funds, people, portfolio companies and transactions from sworn filings and cited announcements, kept as a graph with a date and a source on every edge. Reported gross assets are never fund size, regulatory AUM is never dry powder, and a deal value prints only when someone disclosed it.

Each amount keeps its own label. Reported gross assets come from Form ADV and are what the fund held on the filing date, not its size. Form D sold is what had been sold when the filing was made, not a final close. A vintage prints with the record it was taken from.
