Billing, invoices and cancelling
Sign in, open your account, and press Manage billing in the Membership section. Stripe's secure portal lets you update the card, download invoices and cancel. After cancelling you keep full access to the end of the paid period, then your free account keeps your follows and saved searches.
- Sign in and open Your account (the avatar menu).
- In Membership, press Manage billing.
- In Stripe's portal: update the card, download invoices, change or cancel the plan.
- Upgrading: choose a plan on Plans; the account page shows it once payment completes.
- Cancelling a trial before it ends means nothing is charged, and the account page says so.
- A failed payment shows Update your card under Manage billing to keep access. If the first charge after a trial fails, the account returns to free.
- Questions about a charge: write to us and a person replies.
