A page will not load, or a section could not be read
A section that says it could not be read is a temporary failure reading the data, not an empty result: reload in a minute. If a whole page fails repeatedly, try another page of the same market and write to us with the address.
- Could not be read, or The graph did not answer: a read timed out. Reload; it is not a finding that nothing exists.
- Slow first load: a large directory can take a few seconds.
- On a phone: the chat button slides away while you scroll down and comes back when you scroll up or reach the end of the page.
- Still failing: copy the page address and send it with what you saw.

- Why information is missingAbsence of information is not absence of activity. DFX shows what public records show; a firm that has not filed, a deal that was not announced, or a field a regulator does not collect will not appear. Masked names are a plan limit, not missing data.
- Subscription or sign-in looks wrongReload the page first: a tab left open for a while can show the signed-out view until it refreshes. Then check you are signed in with the email you paid with, and that your account page shows the plan.
