Contact information
DFX shows business contact routes published by the subject or in a public filing: work email, business phone, office address, website, professional profile and contact forms. Personal contact data and commercial provider data are never shown. Values are revealed one record at a time on a paid plan or the trial.
Why one person has an email and another does not
DFX only publishes a contact route that the firm or person published themselves or that appears in a public filing. Most people have never published a work email, so for most people there is none, and DFX does not guess one. A firm's main phone and office address from its filing are far more common than a person's email.
Which markets have contacts
- Private equity, venture capital, family offices, independent sponsors and private credit: Reveal contact on firm and person records.
- RIA: firm How to reach (phone, website, social) from Form ADV, and advisor contact for paid readers.
- Allocators: public roles only; no personal contact detail is held. Real estate and real estate funds: no contact reveal.
Reveals and plans
- A free account sees how many contact routes exist and of what kind, not the values.
- Reveals per month: Desk 150, Pro 600, the Data Factory 1,000. The $1 trial includes 25.
- Revealing a record you already revealed does not use another reveal.
- Each value shows its source and date (filed, for a Form D; verified otherwise).
