Worth knowing
- Confirmed venture firm: claims the VC exemption and reports a VC fund. Probable: one of the two.
- A fund's target, close, Form D offering, Form D amount sold and GAV are separate numbers and are never merged.
- A round's size is never split among its investors. DFX does not guess emails and does not publish IRR or multiples.
