- Intelligence: a capped, ranked board of signals across every market. Intelligence: every signal has the full stream with filters; Findings is the ledger.
- What comes next: Forward Intelligence. What measured patterns point to; a pattern under test is labelled as tested, a validated one states its rate.
- What changed: dated events across every market, filterable by market, event type, state and date. Bookkeeping and undated items are hidden unless you include them.
- Trends: chart series (capital formation, deals, rounds, pension commitments, RIA moves, the loan maturity ladder) with What moved at the top.
- Connections: firms that appear in several markets and who funds whom.
- For you: opportunities for the role you saved, followed items and ranked signals. Private to you.
- Nursing homes: forward patterns for skilled nursing facilities (loss of Medicare certification, change of ownership).
