Why something is locked
A lock means the value exists and your plan does not cover it on this market. The page says what it withheld (for example +184 additional companies, or 9 relationships and 3 contacts) and what opens it. Names are masked on the server, so they are never hidden in the page.
- Lists: the first 5 rows are named; the rest are counted, and later pages show no rows.
- Records: the first 3 rows of each related section are named and the rest counted. A masked name reads as a description (for example A private credit provider, or Single family office in Arkansas).
- Name search inside a market's list is locked while names are masked, because a match would reveal the name.
- Contact values, export, history and advanced filters open at Desk. Cross-market views open with the Data Factory plan.
- A paid plan covers the market you bought. Another market's names stay masked unless you add it or hold the Data Factory plan.
- A spent trial is not offered the trial again: a lock then offers the plan at its price.
Paid and still locked?
Check you are signed in (your avatar in the top bar), then reload. Check the lock is on a market your plan covers (your account shows your plan). If it still looks wrong, see Subscription or sign-in looks wrong.
