Exporting data
Export downloads a CSV of the rows you filtered. It is on Search, universes, Ask DFX answers, and eight directories. Desk exports 100 rows at a time 3 times a month, Pro 6, the Data Factory 10; the trial 2 of 50 rows. Free accounts cannot export.
- Directories with Export on the filter bar: Private Equity Firms and Funds, Venture Capital Funds, RIA Firms, Private Credit Lenders and BDC portfolios, Allocator Managers and Funds.
- Search: Export CSV on the table view of results. Without a plan it reads Export these results for $1.
- A contact export uses one reveal for each record not revealed before.
- Monthly allowances reset on the 1st (UTC). Your account shows what you have used.
- Bulk export, CRM sync, API access and team deployment are an Institutional agreement.
An export failed
The usual reasons are the monthly allowance being used, not being signed in, or a list with no Export (Independent Sponsors, Family Offices and Real Estate Funds lists have none). The message on the button says which.
